Retreat is already entering
week 3 and I cannot tell you
in words how much I am enjoying
this experience. You know when
you are doing something that
just feels so right.......that's
how it feels.
The women participating are
so courageous and are on the
path to healing anxiety...and more!
I had a poem pop into my
head this morning and I wanted
to share it with you.
Remember to take a nice deep belly breath
and enjoy your weekend!
Suffering
with your steadfast gaze and aim
Suffering, I feel you
with your intense and deep pain
Suffering, I hear you
in the pounding of my heart
Suffering, I taste you
in the freedom that's just afar
Suffering, I smell you
as I strain to deeply inhale
Suffering, I thank you
for you have never once failed
Suffering, I love you
for the gifts that are yet to come
Suffering, I'll hold you close
for your work is not yet done
inhale ~ enjoy ~ exhale,
