This has been my experience on the journey of kicking the sugar habit. I only write about it as to share what's worked for me so that maybe you'll receive an insight of your own.
So now I'm finishing up the 3rd week of kicking the sugar habit. And there's something I want to tell you:

You can heal if you want to. You definitely have the power within. It's just a matter of connecting with that power. And knowing that if you fall off the wagon here and there, you get back up, again and again and again.
It does not have to be perfect.
How many times in the past did you try to eat healthy and then cheat and felt so horrible after you cheated that you just gave up? That's crazy isn't it?! I know because I've done it in the past.
Let's think about that for a second.........you've been eating really good for a week. Then you have a family gathering and decide to eat some pasta and even dessert.
