Anxiety Busting Tip

Stop Running Away from Yourself
~because you can't no matter how hard you try


Whenever we feel an uncomfortable emotion, we try to do anything we can to avoid feeling it.


We distract ourselves with food, television, exercise etc., but that avoidance is always temporary. When we're done with the avoidance action, we're right back there with our Self.


You can keep trying to run away from your Self, but you can't even get one inch away.

For some of you this may not be something you like to hear and for others it may feel like a relief. Whatever way you do feel, I want you to know that you're not alone.

This is how many people react to uncomfortableness
- and the thing I want to remind you about is that you are so much stronger, wiser and courageous than you have ever imagined yourself to be.

You are so powerful that you can overcome anything you choose to, including anxiety.

At one point in my life, I thought I would never feel good again. Now I feel better and experience more freedom than I ever have in my life.

And by better, I mean more WHOLE in body, mind & spirit.

It takes daily practice, a willingness to feel a little discomfort & a whole lot of courage.

And I know you can do it! Take it one day, one tiny step, one moment at a time.

I believe in you.
