Have you ever gotten really excited and pumped up to start eating better, exercising and doing the things you love so that you feel better and healthier?
Has this ever happened to you after you've been sick - you say to yourself, 'when I get better, I'm really going to start eating better (and/or working out and/or going after my dream) - this time I mean it!'?
Or maybe you know someone who was diagnosed with an illness and you decide right then and there that you are going to do what it takes to get healthy.
And maybe for a week or two you do really good..........and then slowly but surely you drift back into your old patterns.
