Hola ! I want tell you today how grateful I am to have you as a member of the VedaSun community.......- I am grateful for You.
- I am grateful for family.
- I am grateful to walk, talk, smell, taste, see and hear.

I am grateful for animals and nature.
- I am grateful for friends.
- I am grateful to have electricity.
- I am grateful for my computer so I can create.
- I am grateful to my body for all the functions it performs without needing my attention.
- I am grateful for sleep.
- I am grateful for my healing journey
and for much much more.........I know you may hear this alot, but if you acquire a gratefulness practice, it really does change the energy of your whole body......and helps you to be less anxious too.It's because your mind can only focus on one thing in any given moment.......
and if you focus your mind on one thing that you are grateful for, then you can't focus on what you don't have (or whatever the negative thought is that usually surfaces for you).That's why so many people start a gratefulness practice. And this practice can look different for every single person.I have a few gratefulness practices. And each day I use whichever shows up for me that day.
Here are a couple of them:- Writing what I'm grateful for in my journal
- Typing what I'm grateful for in the Gratitude Journal app
- Remembering what I'm grateful for as part of my meditation
- Writing a card to someone telling them why I'm grateful for them

Throughout the day, taking time to be aware of what I'm grateful for
