I used to experience what is called

Nocturnal Panic Attacks

Let's just say right up front what a pain in the a$$ it is to wake up at 2am with your heart pounding, your body sweating and your mind racing.

It pretty much sucks!

And it sucks the life energy right out of you, and it takes all your might to get out of bed and you feel physically and mentally drained the rest of the day.

And then you start to feel ok a little later in the day and then guess what? Yep, it's time to sleep and that little voice comes in saying, 'oh no, am I going to have another panic attack in the middle of the night?'

And the vicious cycle continues........

 
So today I want to share with you a key reason why many people who deal with anxiety, tend to experience more nocturnal panic attacks during a certain season.

That season is winter and here's why....

Did you know.......

...when mixing essential oils into base oils (such as jojoba), you want to mix a total of 9-15 drops of essential oils per 1 ounce of base oil.

9 drops for a lighter scent

12 drops for a medium scent

15 drops for a stronger scent

We all differ when if comes to the strength of a scent and for some products we may want it stronger than others. For instance, I like aromatherapy blends I create as a perfume oil stronger in scent than a body oil.
