This has been a busy week.......it's been challenging to get my own healing work in, but I still get it in because I know the consequences if I don't........and it's that important to me to feel at peace and in alignment with my inner core, so I do it.

The key for me has been, and maybe this can help you too, not to be so strict. So let's say my morning is really busy and I don't get my healing work in. Instead of saying, nope, now I'm not doing it because I only do it in the morning and that's it........I say, ok, I'm making a mental note to sit for 10 minutes this afternoon when I get home.

And some days I do more than 10 minutes........it's all about being flexible and making peace with 'what is'.


One of my sayings is:  Bend like Bamboo!   :)

Do you have the 'What if' Syndrome?

If you experience anxiety, you probably at some point in that experience have said or thought,


But WHAT IF this happens?


What if this anxiety attack doesn't end?

What if I have something wrong with me?

What if I can't control my anxiety when I'm at the party?

What if someone finds out?

What if I go crazy?

The 'What if' cycle can go on and on if we are not aware of it. The ego-mind loves to feed on the suffering that it causes by spewing out these 'What if' scenarios.

So what do we do about it?

 
We pay attention and we......
