Hey -- This thought came to me during my meditation yesterday morning:
What if we viewed Life as a Practice?
That all we do and experience is here, purposely, for us to be able to work through our junk (you know, the stuff that we let get in our way or pushes our buttons).
And that we're not here just to get to some end result or have to get to any specific destination.
That we see Life as our teammate,
not our competition.
That Life is always working on our behalf.
That Life is helping show us the way through challenges, not keep us embedded in them.
That Life is always sending us clues, (like gut feelings, whispers, intuitive hits) to help us with decisions and to understand things better.
I invite you to really reflect on seeing Life as Practice -- a practice that invites us to experience everything just as we do and to notice how we experience everything.
And not to judge how things end up because it is practice......maybe next time something similar pops up into our world, we'll do it a little differently and so on.
No attachment to end results. Not saying that something is 'good' or 'bad'. It's practice.
And how do we get better at doing anything?
By practicing.
So what better teacher than Life? To help us practice who we are?
How would this new perspective change things for you?
If you'd like to share anything that surfaces for you from reading this, hit reply and I'd be happy to read it.
