How to Smooth Out the Wrinkles of Life Transitions
- 5 Key Steps to Get You Started

"You can only lose something that you have, but you cannot lose something that you are."  ~Eckhart Tolle

Change is Always in the Air

Have you ever been through a big life change or transition?

At some point during our life journey, we are pretty much guaranteed to experience some form of major life change - that is a given. And any form of change and transition can stir up a lot of turmoil, stress and anxiety within us and thus, in our lives. Change is a part of life that we cannot control.

However, what we can control is the way we choose to walk through that change - the way we walk through it, both metaphorically and literally speaking.

This is the main key in determining whether we will have a smooth or rocky experience during big life changes - the way we walk through it in terms of the energy we want to bring to it which in turn, affects our response that we put forth.

The Fear of Loss

One main cause of stress and anxiety in dealing with life transitions is the fear of loss. And any time we are fearful of losing something, we can be certain that there is some form of attachment associated with that loss.

These attachments can take the form of our roles and titles, relationships, career/job, material possessions, our health and the list goes on.

Attachment promotes anxiety and fear. When we are attached to something that we fear losing, we suffer. One way we suffer is through the stories we tell ourselves about what will happen when this change or loss occurs and because we think we are......

Today's Thoughts...
Anxiety Busting Tip:

Step Outside and Pause:

Today, every time you take a step outside, pause and take notice of your surroundings. What aliveness can you see? Notice the colors, the sounds and the textures all around you. Pause again and notice how you feel within.

Many times we head out the door, rushing, stuck in our mind thinking about all we have to do, where we're going, what's on tap for dinner, and we miss the most amazing, simple gifts life is offering us in each moment.

So today, when you head out the door, pause and notice one thing that you see that is alive, there, waiting for you to truly see it.

And no worries, all those thoughts will be back there in your mind in no time - but at least you took that moment and broke the mind stream - which is very good for anxiety relief :).

Give it a shot and see what happens............

This eye cream is the best I've ever used. It's formulated with 11 organic botanicals known for their moisturizing and firming properties as well as their ability to reduce puffiness, fine lines and wrinkles, and discoloration.

Some of these ingredients and their benefits are:

Buglarian Rose: softens and improves skin tone and texture and known for its anti-wrinkle properties

Evening Primrose Oil: helps lighten dark circles under the eyes, evens out skin tone and hydrates dry skin

Calendula:   has anti-inflammatory benefits and is excellent for helping to heal dry and damaged skin

Neem: excellent for moisturizing the skin and helps restore the skin's elasticity and helps relieve redness and skin irritations

You can receive this eye cream as a fr.ee gift with a purchase of $95 or more.

It can be used for your entire face as well. I use it on my dry red cheeks and on my lips each time I use this eye cream.

About Gina
Hey! I'm Gina Rafkind, the Anxiety-busting guide at VedaSun. I'm also a Certified Professional Coach, Certified Reflexologist, Aromatherapy Consultant, Reiki III Practitioner & Licensed Cosmetologist.

I support and inspire others to bust through anxiety and cultivate inner peace. I do this through writing, coaching, workshops and creating products to support this mission.

I know what it's like to live passively and quietly with anxiety. It's not fun. And it's painful. I've worked my way through it, and now I want to make an impact in the world by helping others work through it too. You don't have to be stuck in anxiety. You don't have to live with those constant undertones of stress, worry and anxiety lurking around you. But it does take some work on your part -any worthwhile endeavor does.

All you need is a willingness to show up, an open mind and a desire to feel better.

Is there a topic around anxiety or creating more peace + calm in your life you'd like to know more about?
