What a perfect moment to *Breathe*!
Life has been, well, it's been pretty darn good lately.
There's been lots of shifts happening within me and it feels really good, while at the same time there's this little voice that comes in saying 'oh yeah, we'll see how long this will last!' (with a dastardly laugh at the

ANXIETY BUSTING TIP An uplifting essential oil blend |
|
Here are 3 ways you can use the essential oil blend (see pic below for recipe):
A great blend to uplift you and welcome in the Spring.
- Diffusion - *follow your diffuser's instructions
- As the scent in a soap recipe (makes an awesome scented soap!)
- Air freshener - use a total of 9-12 drops of the eo blend per ounce of spring or filtered water - add to a spray bottle, gently shake and mist away all around you and inhale the fresh scent (avoiding face area)
Enjoy!
*Be sure to follow your diffusers instructions of course and if you're using a candle one, don't leave it unattended or where a big furry dog with a big strong tail can whack it off the table (like mine
can!).
