It's the new name for this weekly message - hope you dig it :).
Wow, it was a frigid, windy day yesterday....a total switch from last week when I was writing this message to you........yea, and I thought spring was here, lol.
Well Mother Earth had another idea!
Of course Arrow loved it and I froze.....but I really do know spring is right around the corner...........
Today's Spotlight Article talks about how we can become fearful, worried and anxious about stepping onto the path of living our most vibrant life. It really can bring up some challenges and if we're not aware of them, will stop us in
our tracks, keeping us right where we are so we don't 'rock the boat' (which seriously, is not a fun way to live, plus it causes more anxiety).

If you are, no need to fret. Many people experience anxiety, fear and worry over what others will think if they start living a life that's fully vibrant, doing what they love and being really happy about it. Do

ANXIETY BUSTING TIP From fuzzy to clear.....an aroma recipe |

From Fuzzy to Clear ~ with a little help from essential oils
Diffusing essential oils is a wonderful way to help with feeling a
little peace and calm and less anxious. They can also help a fuzzy anxious mind get a little more un-fuzzy.
For clarity and focus, diffuse grapefruit & lemon basil essential oils together.
The aroma smells wonderful & helps to unfuzz your mind so you can focus on your tasks and projects at hand (because anxiety can really mess up one's concentration!).
I usually use a bit more grapefruit than the basil (you can also replace rosemary for the basil). I
would say about twice as much grapefruit than the basil or rosemary. Enjoy!
Be sure to follow your diffusers instructions of course and if you're using a candle one, don't leave it unattended or where a big furry dog with a big strong tail can whack it off the table (like mine can!).
