I was going to create some kind of poem or something there, but you know what, my brain is just too tired right now, lol.....maybe next week! Are you living in dreamland?

Is experiencing anxiety really like being in a dream?
Well, yes and no. No, because when you think of dreaming, you usually associate that with good things - think 'the man of my dreams', 'my dream house', 'my dream job', and having anxiety is
usually not associated with good things. And yes, because if you suffer when experiencing anxiety, you're asleep. And I'm not
talking about asleep as in tucked in all cozy under your soft bed covers asleep - I'm talking about the kind of asleep where you are not fully present with life. And when you're not fully present with life, where are you? You're in the dreamland of your mind - you're listening to the stories and beliefs and opinions of your mind. Because if you were fully present in life, anxiety would not be a problem. You may still experience it now and then, but it wouldn't be a problem. So how do you go about being able to experience anxiety and be ok at the same
