Forgive me for starting this post this way but.....Ahem.....did you do your assignment from last week?

Well, once you write down the thoughts you think daily (ahem, yes, that homework from last week....did you do it yet? Go ahead, I'll give you another chance), then you can come to see how you are creating your life through the thoughts and stories you repeat every. single. day.
