My computer is back (if you missed last week's note, I had some computer crashing issues) and it seems like it's working pretty darn good so far. Keeping my fingers crossed that this repair will finally do the trick!!
 
So let's take a much needed deep belly breath.....inhale ~ enjoy ~ exhale......ahhhhh! (that always feels so darn good!)

This note is coming to you a little later today because of the whole computer-crashing drama & I wanted to create something for you so hence, the-later-in-the day delivery.....so let's get movin' on along (before it's Saturday already!)
 


In today's addition of Breathe, I'm sharing the first thing you need to do to begin the 'slowing down' process.

It's all explained in the lovely checklist I created for you.

The checklist is attached below so all you have to do is download it, print it out, take 5 minutes to fill it out and your first step will be done!

Then hang on to it for next week's installment of Breathe where we'll take a closer look at the why and how of slowing down.

How to Slow Down: Here's What You Do First

The first thing we need to do is to become aware of what's happening now in terms of what speed, or pace, you are living your life at in this very moment.

What speed are you starting from? Is it the right pace for you? Do you know what pace you'd like to live your life at? Or do you already know something has got to change but you're not sure exactly what?
