Pathway to Presence e-news: Sharing life-enhancing tips to raise your inner vibe!
Note From Gina

Happy Tuesday!
I'm heading to the beach today!
I'm meeting a friend down in Long Branch for some lunch and to go to one of my favorite stores, Sacred Circle. I'm going to try not to spend too much money - but we'll see if another crystal or pendulum or prayer flag calls out to me - I'll let you know if I scoop anything up.
I also did my presentation yesterday on the Small Shifts, Big Changes teleclass series I'm a part of. I really love sharing information and life-enhancing tips, especially when it deals with Aromatherapy. And I also talked about, for the first time, the amazing wheels of energy, our Chakras, that help to keep our Chi (Life Force) flowing freely through us. You can still sign up and receive all the recorded calls to listen to, plus get some amazing offers. We are two weeks into it, five more calls to go. Check out below to sign up. I will be the host for this coming Monday's call by Rachel Moheban on 'How to Get More Intimacy in your Relationship, Right Away!'
This month's Aromatherapy Luminary Tip gives you some of my favorite essential oils for the Autumn Season, plus one of my favorite Fall blends!
Welcome all new subscribers! So glad you're here :).
Empower yourself to have an amazing day!
To your blossoming inner journey,

Fresh, Clean, Crisp and a Little Spicey
~ essential oils to celebrate Autumn
I love this time of year.....crisp clean air, empty beaches to explore, cozy sweaters!
I also love the scents that this time of year inspires. I think of my mom's delicious apple pie, Chai tea, my sister Jan's pumpkin bread and applesauce cake - yum! And my other sister, Yvonne's, favorite - cinnamon rolls (my mom makes these with the leftover crust from pies she makes and my sister and I fight over them :).
The change of seasons also moves me to create some fall-inspired scents. Here are some essential oils I wouldn't be without this time of year:
- Clove bud
- Ginger
- Patchouli
- Cardamom
- Sandalwood
- Cinnamon leaf
- Sweet orange
2 drops Clove bud
2 drops Sweet orange
1 drop Cinnamon leaf
1 drop Cardamom
Mix the above blend in a small amber glass bottle or just add the drops right to your diffuser, but remember to always follow the instructions that came with your diffuser type and also if it's a candle diffuser, don't leave it unattended!
The change of the seasons seems to happen overnight. Our bodies also go through an adjustment period as well, especially our skin. Pay attention to your skin and use body oils to keep your skin hydrated while we transition into the colder months.
