As I'm writing this newsletter, I'm practicing acceptance.
I'm accepting (or trying to) that I'm feeling pretty crappy right now - hormones and the pain body seem to want to get the best of me right now - but I am aware of this and dealing with the little pains.
The little gremlin monsters want to come out and play - should I let them or not?

The Little Gremlins Are Trying To Take Me Over!
I'm bloated, have heart burn and feel little twinges of pain in my chest (that's the chronic costocondritis that I have).
I'm sore from my yoga practice yesterday and guess I inflamed the ligaments in my chest, plus being that time of month doesn't help either.
So I could react to all this, or I can respond. Let's check out the difference!
