Most of you know by now that I'm somewhat of a health nut.
I love learning about new products, herbs/foods and other insightful
tips and strategies to living a healthier life. Since we're here, we
might as well feel as good as we can so that we can accomplish
what we were brought here to do. Plus, if a life challenge or health
issue knocks on our door, we will be more apt to handle it due to
the fact that we work and practice at keeping our
minds and bodies fit, mentally and physically, on a daily basis.
Keeping your mouth fit is important to your health too. There's so
much bacteria that builds up in the mouth so having healthy teeth
and gums is beneficial to keeping your body healthy.
Below are some mouth-lovin' stuff I won't be without plus
a link to an article on the benefits of flossing. I'm big on flossing and
I won't go to bed without doing it. If you don't floss, you may want
to start today! :)
