I truly hope you had a wonderful, peaceful
(yes, it's possible :), & relaxing holiday season.
2011 is here! I can't believe it. Guess I've
been having fun because time has been
cruising by!
I wish you the most Awareness- full
new year yet.
With increased awareness of life comes
increased freedom. And I'm not talking about
the freedom to do whatever your heart's desire is,
even though that's a wonderful freedom.
What I'm talking about is the freedom from
anything or anyone outside of yourself, causing
you to suffer.
Have you ever said something like, 'well, he made
me feel horrible', or 'I won't be happy as long
as I have this illness'?
The truth is, YOU are the one that makes
you feel unhappy, bad, sad, unworthy, or
any other negative emotion.
I know, it's a bold statement!
But who is in control of your emotions?
Seriously, who is?
Are you going to let another person take
the reign of the most powerful choice you
have? To choose how to feel in every
single moment!
I know for myself, there is no way that
I am going to let myself believe that
some other thing or person makes me
feel horrible.
I can choose to feel horrible if I want to, but
why would I want to do that? It really is insane
to think about that isn't it? That I would
CHOOSE to feel horrible?
Increased Awareness = Increased Freedom
from what makes you suffer.
This year is the year we are going
to feel much freedom!
