Hola !Since my last newsletter I celebrated a
belated Christmas with my family and
an early birthday. I am now 44 and I'm
consciously going to create the best year
ever! My amazing baker-sister, Jan, made
me that gorgeous cake!
I was playing Xbox Connect with my 5
year old great-niece and was having a blast!
I thought for a second that I want one of
those games! But then I thought 'I'd get nothing
else done all day' so I nixed that thought :).
It was fun though, I have to admit!
And quite a workout!
How's the past two weeks been for you, ?
Did you catch yourself at all in blaming
any one else for how you are feeling
in any moment?
I did!
I received an email that creeped me out a bit.
Negative and limiting thoughts started flowing
through my mind right away.
Then my inner guide finally halted that
conversation seconds later. And I made a conscious
choice in that very moment not to feel creeped out.
If I felt that way, it was my doing, and no one else's.
In the past, an incident like this would have stopped
me from moving forward and halted my dreams for a bit.
Not any more! My passion and initiative of waking
people up to their life - to increase YOUR Awareness
so YOU are the creator of how you feel in every
moment- is way too strong now!
