It's the portal of Non-judgment.
The portal of Non-judgment deals with
creating awareness of the labels and stories
that we attach to people, (including ourselves),
situations and events in our life. It also deals with
becoming aware of whether or not we identify
with these labels and stories......the more we identify
with them, and believe these thoughts, the more we
are setting ourselves up to suffer.
For example...have you ever said this on a
rainy day, "it's miserable out there today."
If you identify with that thought and judgment,
there's a pretty good chance you will be miserable
for that whole day. Do you want to leave how you
are feeling up to a thought? Do you want it to have
that much power over you?
