Hola !Phew....the summer is just a flyin' by! I hope you
are enjoying some time for yourSelf whatever
season you are in.
So, did you read my last blog post? About how
I believe you are a Luminous Soul? I really truly
believe that. I believe we all have greatness inside
us, we just forget about it most of the time
and need some reminders. That is why I created
a meditation for you called
The Luminous Self Meditation.
The thought of creating this meditation came to
me in a soft whisper, and I'm so glad I listened! All I did
was take a deep breath and allow the meditation to flow
through me into the microphone. I got out of the way
and allowed my Luminous Self to take over.
So this guided meditation is a gift from my
Luminous Self to yours. :)
